Warehouse Team Lead / Supervisor D22 Permanent NEW Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and involves supervising a team of warehouse staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
This is a permanent role and salary is €40k pa. Hours are 8.30 to 5pm.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE Supervise and lead a team of 3 warehouse ops.Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.Ensure accurate inventory management and record-keeping.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions for efficiency.Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations.Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse setting.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in warehouse management systemsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Suite 2017, Orchard Avenue,
