Warehouse Team Leader

Perform Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Warehouse Team Leader for our client, a well-established retail/wholesale business in Rathcormac, Co. Cork.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities: Supervision & Support: Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations, oversee staff during the manager's absence, and ensure smooth workflow.
Active Involvement: Engage hands-on in all warehouse activities, including manual handling, order picking, unloading deliveries, loading trucks, and printing customer invoices.
Health & Safety: Maintain and enforce company health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Flexibility: Adapt to flexible working hours as required.
Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.
Knowledge: Good understanding of Irish geography and logistics operations.
Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a valid B driver's license, forklift license, and manual handling certification.
Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Compensation: Starting at 16euro per hour, with performance-based reviews.
