Wayleave & Permitting Manager

Responsibilities for this Wayleave and Permitting Manager role:Engage with landlords and landowners who will need to be informed throughout the course of the works, building key relationships in the specified reward areas.Agreeing on the route and proposed works with these key stakeholders to conclude the Wayleave agreement and ensure that the build works can go ahead.Obtain permits for works with the Local Authorities and fostering relationships.Track the process of the agreements and permits through internal and client systems.Continuously improving systems and processes for Wayleave and Permit access.Key Requirements for this Wayleave and Permitting Manager role:Full understanding of Wayleave Agreements and the regulatory requirements and the Permitting Process with local authorities in Ireland.Strong knowledge of the UK and Ireland Fibre NetworkExperience leading a team or ability to take leadership over projectsStrong problem-solving skills, with experience in previous planning or administration rolesPackage offered for this Wayleave and Permitting Manager role:Salary €55k - €70k depending on skills and experienceDiscretional performance-based bonusesCompany car/car allowance (full details to be determined)Standard Holidays and Pension ContributionImmediate start/interviews
