Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and organized Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our team.
Youll play a key role in planning and delivering events, from intimate gatherings to large weddings and conferences, ensuring they run smoothly and meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage the execution of weddings and events.
Communicate with clients to understand their vision and needs.
Coordinate with hotel departments for seamless food, beverage, and accommodation services.
Manage event timelines, budgets, and details to exceed client expectations.
Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces.
Qualifications & Experience: Experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
