About The Role Currently we are recruiting for the position of Wedding & Events Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities include: • Cultivate strong relationships with wedding clients through effective communication and personalised service.
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' visions, preferences, and expectations for their wedding day.
 • Lead and inspire a team of Wedding & Events Executives and support staff, providing guidance and support throughout the planning and execution process.
 • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the events and catering department.
• Collaborate with clients to design and plan bespoke wedding experiences, incorporating their unique preferences and style.
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive event plans, including timelines, floor plans, and logistical details.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of all wedding events.
• Conduct regular briefings and debriefings with staff to ensure everyone is well-informed and aligned with event goals.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring they adhere to quality and service standards • Source new vendors and stay updated on industry trends to enhance the wedding offerings • Develop and manage wedding budgets in collaboration with clients, providing transparent cost estimates and updates.
• Ensure financial goals are met while delivering exceptional value to clients.
• Oversee on-site coordination during weddings, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly.
• Address any issues or challenges promptly and professionally, providing solutions that align with the clients' vision.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by anticipating client needs and delivering service that exceeds expectations.
• Collect feedback from clients and implement continuous improvement measures.
 Requirements for the role: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred • Substantial experience in wedding & event management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting  • Strong leadership and team management skills • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail  • Flexibility in working hours to include evenings and weekends as required Skills Needed About The Company Trim Castle Hotel is a luxurious 4-star hotel situated in the historic Boyne Valley, offering stunning views of the magnificent Trim Castle.
