Weekend Manager

Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively and provide our customers with the very best customer service and fresh food offering at all times in a clean, safe environment during the weekends.
To deliver on key store targets (sales and profitability) through effective management of people and operations.
The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer service facing roleExcellent communication skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Experience balancing cash/tillsHighly driven with a strong work ethicAn understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targetsCommerciality and brand awarenessPassion for grocery retailThe ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task under pressureThe ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the storeMain duties: Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e.
