Our client, who are at the forefront of the operation and maintenance of motorways, regional and local roads for the TII and Local Road Authorities, are looking for aWeighbridge Operatorto join their team in Dublin.
Full-time permanent position Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm Key Responsibilities as Weighbridge Operator: Customer Orders: Manage customer orders, allocate resources, and ensure timely deliveries.
Handle customer inquiries and maintain the customer database.
Production: Collaborate with the production manager to meet production demands, including managing supply and organizing collections.
Accounts: Process invoices, manage creditor reconciliations, conduct credit control, and handle VAT submissions.
Site Security: Ensure site security, monitor deliveries, and oversee visitor management.
Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and calibrations for equipment.
Raw Material Deliveries: Manage the delivery and off-loading of chemicals, ensuring communication with production and lab teams.
Transport: Organize transport logistics for trucks and tankers.
Hauliers: Liaise with third-party transport providers and ensure driver compliance with training requirements.
General Duties: Support site operations, manage workloads during peak periods, and comply with SHEQ Management System requirements.
Requirements for Weighbridge Operator: Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Capability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
