Key Responsibilities: •System Management: Oversee the daily operations of Workday Help and Knowledge Management functions, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
•User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Workday Help queries and issues.
Provide expert guidance, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues as necessary.
•Data Management: Work with the ServiceNow team to maintain the accuracy and integrity of knowledge articles within ServiceNow.
Perform regular data audits, clean-ups, and updates to ensure high data quality standards.
•Configuration and Optimization: Configure and optimize the Workday Help module to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Implement enhancements, workflows, and new features as required.
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to understand their needs and ensure they are met through effective use of Workday.
Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams.
•Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Workday Help and knowledge functions.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and FAQs.
•Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor system performance, user adoption, and data accuracy.
Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
•Compliance and Security: Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain robust security protocols to protect sensitive HR data.
•Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest developments in Workday and HR technology.
Proactively suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Skill Requirements: •Workday certification in relevant modules is preferred.
•Experience working with Workday HR modules, particularly Workday Help and Knowledge Management.
•Proven experience in HR technology support and data management.
•Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and analytics.
•Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
