Working Foreperson Fit Out

Your new company Hays are delighted to be working with a specialist joinery and interior fit-out company who provide their bespoke services to the retail, commercial, hospitality and residential sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.
Based in the North Down area, your new company has over 30 years of experience in shopfitting and the manufacturing of bespoke joinery, which is produced right in their own in-house workshop.
This experience means you, along with your new team, can deliver the very high standard of quality & finish that your clients expect, on time and on budget.
Sporting a portfolio of fit out schemes across the commercial & office, hospitality, pharmacy, and retail sectors, they will be commencing a range of fit out schemes both as main contractor and joinery subcontractor in the coming weeks.
Your new role Your new role will see you based on several specialist fit out schemes throughout Northern Ireland, overseeing a full package of joinery and other dry trades.
As such, experience on similar projects, or indeed a strong background in a fit out or joinery-oriented role is preferable.You will be expected to oversee and manage all programme and labour on site and acting as a direct point of contact between workers on the ground and the contracts manager.
