The Workplace Operations Manager is directly accountable for the following typical activities: Manage the Workplace Experience team on campus; support their professional development, nurture and amplify best practice and innovation initiatives, and ensure the team has a clear understanding of what success looks like.Act as an ambassador for the Workplace team on campus; maintain strong relationships with site leads and senior leaders, developing a deep understanding of the cultural and business needs of the client, implementing solutions, and reporting key learnings back to the team.Lead the team with a view to establishing a high-performance culture and environment whilst still maintaining a light and fun atmosphere.Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and challenges related to facility management, and develop mitigation plans accordingly.Support the JLL Account Leadership Team in terms of driving region-wide initiatives in Engineering Service Delivery, Compliance Management, Asset Management, Energy and Sustainability, and Client First Interface.Promote a high level of satisfaction among client users reinforcing on an account-wide basis prompt response and first-class service focused delivery.Demonstrate leadership, give direction, and mentor the JLL teams across campus to promote engagement, customer service excellence, and aligned delivery.Act as the go-to person in relation to all facilities/project/fit-out/crisis management activities supporting the AD in ensuring timely solutions and identification and removal of potential roadblocks.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Develop a clear understanding and appreciation of the working relationship with Landlord, Managing Agents, and local vendors.Monitor client offices and workspaces to ensure alignment of standards in terms of daily cleaning, periodic cleaning, PPM delivery, event management, MAC process, and shipping process.Communicate in an open, honest, transparent manner at all times with the ability to tailor the message to a specific audience and their needs.Skills: Third level qualified, preferably in property, facilities, operations, or engineering.Minimum of 5 years in a management role, particularly within customer environment/workplace services.Experience working in a creative/social media environment would be beneficial.Must be able to demonstrate flexibility in relation to the type of works carried out and lead by example, alongside strong team-building credentials and experience.Proven track record of supporting and leading site-based teams across multiple service lines.Ability to work without supervision with the ability to drive positive impacts.Demonstrate successful contract management and team management.Proven ability to build and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships.Experience in financial management and identifying cost savings/avoidance.Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Ability to network at all levels within the client organization.Flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements is a prerequisite for this role.Ability to display initiative, confidence, and professionalism in all dealings.Location: On-site – Dublin, IRL
