We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the Product Marketing team at fintech company Global Shares. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for bridging the gap between Product and the wider Global Shares teams and be a product and communications evangelist. You will bring the roadmap to life by creating sales and marketing materials that put our clients and prospects at the heart of what we do. You'll keep the wider Marketing team informed of exciting new features and functionality so that they can be embedded into campaigns and content, contributing to lead generation and client satisfaction scores (NPS)
Responsibilities: Working with the Product Communications team bring the product roadmap to life from a sales and marketing perspective, telling stories and creating content that will resonate with our target audience Building regional go to market strategies for our products and services and working with the digital teams to deliver Working with content writers and creative designers to build and maintain a library of sales and marketing assets, including videos, decks, brochures and campaign materials Contributing to the Global Shares blog and website for all Product and Service related content Keeping the RFP and Sales Support team informed of product updates so that our library is always up to date Liaising with Operations, Implementations, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Sales to ensure quality content Required Capabilities, Skills and Qualifications You possess great communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with other teams You are organised and work well under deadlines You can understand technical terms and turn them into digestible, human content You are a people person who works well with others You have an understanding of the equity compensation industry You can coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders - content writers, designers You have strong written skills and can interpret brand guidelines and style guys You are passionate about putting our audience first
