Workshop Controller - Wexford Car Centre

Wexford Car Centre   are seeking to recruit a Workshop Controller to join an existing team of experienced service advisors and aftersales manager.
  This an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career with expert industry guidance.    Responsibilities:  Supporting all members of the service team.
Maintaining tools and special equipment.
Ensure the service department runs smooth and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and tidy workshop.
Liaise with technicians and service advisors to maximise workshop efficiency.
Managing workflow to ensure targets are achieved.
Encourage & promote good CSI scores.  Preparing cars for hand over to customers post service.
Test driving vehicles after work completion. Ensure Waste oil, oil filter bins & brake fluid collections are arranged regularly.
Maintain constant workflow through the workshop including car sales vehicles for preparation.
Maintain safe working practices and standards of the Dealership.
  Candidate Requirements: Must hold a full clean driver licence.
Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Be energetic, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
Take pride in your work and enjoy working as part of a team.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Mechanical knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
