MCS Group is currently working alongside a Belfast based IT partner providing specialist IT services to business across the UK & Ireland to recruit a Client Relationship Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account manager with relevant IT industry experience to join a customer-focused Commercial and Marketing team. The successful candidate will help support their ambitious growth plans by working closely with customers, helping them achieve their goals and exceeding their expectations.
You will excel at nurturing relationships to grow and develop long-term partnerships with clients while developing and delivering bespoke solutions across a diverse range of customers, always using a consultative approach. You will also have the opportunity to develop new business opportunities to grow the client base and explore new potential partnerships.
This job has a hybrid work approach, with the benefits of working from home or at client sites as well as in their Belfast based office.
