HR Business Partner - Private Sector - County Down MCS Group is thrilled to be partnering with an exciting organisation, who are wishing to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Officer/Advisor wishing to take the next step in their career.
The Role As the HR Business Partner, you will be supporting the HR function in providing a comprehensive, professional and customer-focused HR service to employees and managers on operational requirements and business plan objectives.
You will be a point of contact on all HR policy, as well as supporting and advising managers on a range of employee relations issues, employment law, and effective employment practices to ensure the Company meets its employment obligations.
Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated HR advice to all Employees across the group.Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including supporting managers with designing adverts, creating competency-based interview questions, inductions, and equality reporting.Lead and deliver on HR initiatives and projects.Review, update, and communicate policies and procedures ensuring they are in line with current legislation.Monitor and analyse data to support strategy development.Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures and employee relations issues.Design and deliver in-house training on policies and procedures to managers and staff as required.Support and coach managers on all employee relations matters.Promote a diverse & inclusive culture by supporting company initiatives.The Successful Candidate 3 years generalist HR experience operating in an advisory capacity.CIPD qualified or working towards.A proven track record of coaching and influencing line managers at all levels within an organisation.A clean valid driver's license.Experience working in manufacturing would be desirable.What's in it for you A competitive salary of £40-50k.Being part of an experienced team.Opportunity for hybrid working.To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please contact Simon Markey, HR Recruitment Specialist at MCS Group on 028 96 932667 or send an up-to-date CV via the link provided.
