Job Purpose We are currently seeking a PR Executive to join our growing marketing team, working in our vibrant office in Dublin.
You will be responsible for writing content for a variety of channels that draws people in and engages them, ensuring we are positioned as the Employment Law and Health & Safety partner of choice.
Role Overview Reporting into the Head of Digital Growth, youll increase and drive momentum on pro-active PR that increases our brand visibility.
Youll be working with several companies across the Group, so being able to tailor messaging and tone of voice is vital.
We expect you to be up to date with the news agenda and have an eye for a story.
You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our PR and marketing goals, researching and identifying new media opportunities, knowing what makes the headlines, how to position our experts, perform thorough research, and express our companys views creatively.
You have a natural ability to manage multiple briefs across different media in a fast-paced business, while consistently delivering quality work.
You work well as part of a team, but also deliver your best when trusted to get on with things.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Write comments, press releases, blogs, and advice columns on topical subjects to be placed into industry, regional and national publications.
Write thought leadership pieces from senior stakeholders for regular contributions to national and international publications.
Be responsible for employee engagement and internal communications, including newsletters, blogs, and intranet posts.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive coverage around new product launches.
Communicate with industry professionals and journalists to create a strong network.
Research and identify new media and PR opportunities to raise the profile of the Group Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting Group clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding PR opportunities surrounding them Support and help prepare key senior stakeholders for media and speaking opportunities Ensure all copy is delivered to brief, on time, and to the required quality and editorial standards.
Monitor media coverage, and report results to the wider team and key stakeholders.
Monthly reporting along with daily media checks Help coordinate our charity partnerships, working alongside the charities to coordinate and communicate fundraising activities and updates to employees.
Essential Criteria Two years minimum experience, including proven work experience as an in house/agency PR, or journalist Proven experience of media relations, with the ability to develop relationships with key contacts and journalists Demonstrable track record of successful delivery measured against brand awareness and press coverage.
Excellent organisation and project management skills Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate confidently, professionally, and proactively with a broad range of people.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast paced and demanding environment Experience with digital PR tools Excellent copywriting skills Creativity, enthusiasm, curiosity, and a desire to improve Strong organisation and time management skills
