The finance function is critical to ensure the continued growth and success of the company.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Administrator will support the finance team by managing day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities Processing supplier invoices through necessary approvalsPosting supplier invoices to the accounting systemAssisting with credit checks on new customersAssisting Accounts Receivable Manager with customer debt collectionDealing with any customer billing queries quickly and effectivelyAssisting with weekly bank reconciliationsProviding admin support to the Finance Team as requiredWhat we are looking for: Some experience in an administrative or accounting role with demonstrable attention to detail is an advantageExcellent numerical ability and attention to detailExcellent IT skills essential – experience with the MS Office SuiteExperience with SAGE or other equivalent accounting packages is not essential but would be desirableAbility to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks and taking ownership end-to-endSelf-motivated and self-driven, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skillsCapacity to apply common sense and pragmatism as requiredDemonstrate behaviour in accordance with EirTrade business ethics and protection policy in all company business dealings and decisionsCandidates please note: As we are located in Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, own transport is essential.

Our working hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Monday – Friday.
