Flexible/hybrid workingWork with a leading Energy companyExcellent benefits package, salary + bonus schemeWork locally in Northern Ireland with no real UK travel.Help drive the country's renewable energy forwardEHS Compliance Ensure legal compliance with HSA and HSE regulations by regular review of our HSE Management System, and communication of changes as necessary.Drafting and implementation of comprehensive policies, procedures, and safety rules.Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant HSE legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.Monitor and maintain training and equipment records.Inspections and Audits Establish a full programme of documented HSE inspections, audits and checks.Development and review of risk assessments and standard operating procedures.Carry out routine inspections and site audits and ensure all corrective actions are tracked and closed out in a timely manner.EHS Reporting Ensure that all incidents are reported, recorded and investigated and that suitable corrective measures are put in place.Record incidents and accidents and produce reports, recommendations and/or statistics to best industry practice.Prepare reports for monthly management meetings and Senior Management.Collaborate with our internal team and external consultants as necessary to maintain the Group's ISO accreditations.Full details will be discussed upon application.
