One of Irelands leading an independent brokerages is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Executive to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance clients, ensuring excellent service delivery while driving renewals, cross-selling, and new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Handle a portfolio of clients, providing advice on personal lines insurance, including home, motor, and commercial vehicle coverage.
Policy Renewals: Proactively manage and process policy renewals to retain client business.
Mid-term Adjustments: Assist clients with policy changes and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
New Business Development: Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and secure new clients through tailored insurance solutions.
Customer Support: Address client queries and claims efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a personal lines insurance role.
Professional qualifications such as APA, CIP, or progression toward these certifications.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in insurance platforms and Microsoft Office.
