FRS are partnering with an established and innovative business in the Irish market within the property sector.
This is an opportunity to oversee a portfolio of entities within the group and play a key role in supporting and participating in the monthly, half-year and annual consolidation and statutory reporting processes.
Responsibilities: Month end reporting for a portfolio of entities Work closely with the sales team to lead the monthly unit sales process Support the group's reporting process including assisting with the consolidation process Compile departmental reporting packs and key metric reporting Work with the team to sign-off the consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet Preparation of Financial Statements Liaise with internal and external Auditors Support quarterly budgeting process and work with departments to provide detailed analysis on margin, overheads and expenditure variances Key player in driving continuous improvement for financial reporting Contribute to other commercial & financial projects and requirements as required Requirements: Qualified Accountant and Big 4 trained is essential Deadline driven and ability to multi-task Team player with willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required Self-motivated, analytical and commercial mindset If you are interested in this role - please apply with your most recent CV to Ciara Lawler for immediate consideration.
