Job Title: Sales and Digital Marketing Account Specialist - German Market Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: South Dublin (Flexible hybrid/remote options available) Salary: Starting at €50,000 + Performance Bonus (OTE €60,000) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Pension, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off (including 10 public holidays), remote work flexibility, childcare assistance, and more.
Work Model: Hybrid Working Hours: Monday to Friday (standard business hours) Start Date: Late 2024 or Early 2025 We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our team and support a leading global social media platform in enhancing its client outreach and driving revenue growth.
As a Sales and Digital Marketing Account Specialist, you will work closely with Client Account Managers to meet the advertising needs of clients in the German market, focusing on both performance-based and brand awareness campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to create effective marketing campaigns and assess their feasibility.
Support pre-launch preparations and execution.
Monitor campaign performance and provide updates to Account Managers and clients.
Innovate to achieve or exceed client advertising goals.
Analyze data to extract actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Prepare detailed reports for client meetings and presentations.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients.
Manage communications with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Assist clients in resolving any issues that arise.
Represent team and client needs to management and other departments.
Stay informed about industry trends to enhance digital marketing strategies.
Candidate Profile: Proven experience in account management and marketing is essential.
Sales experience is advantageous but not required.
Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and digital marketing solutions.
Fluency in both spoken and written German is mandatory.
Proficient in MS Office and capable of using data sheets for analysis and insights.
Experience creating detailed reports and dashboards from various data sources is preferred.
Familiarity with analytics platforms is a plus.
Excellent networking skills and ability to build strong relationships within the sales environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with clients and stakeholders.
Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
