Position: Accommodation Assistants (Full or Part-Time hours available) Location: Aspect Hotel Park West, Dublin 12 Flexible Working Hours: 8am - 12pm, 9.30am-1.30pm, 1.30pm-4pm, etc (Offering flexible working hours to suit team members needs) Aspect Hotel Park West are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Assistant to join the team.
The Hotel Aspect Hotel Dublin Park West is situated within the Park West Business Campus, near the city and all the main road networks.
Access to and from the hotel is effortless and well located, we are just four miles West of Dublin City Centre.
The Role Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the role of Accommodation Assistant requires that the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene be maintained throughout the hotel, ensuring guests comfort throughout their stay.
You will have at least 1 years' experience within a similar role and will be required to develop as a Self-Checker.
As a self-checker you will need to be reliable, exceptional attention to details and have a passion for delivering the best service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities of this role: To ensure all guest bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the hotels standards.
To ensure assigned public areas are cleaned to the highest standards in accordance with the correct procedures To report any defects found in the bedroom, corridors or public areas to the supervisor or manager.
To check all quality of linen.
To anticipate guests needs and ensure that service is provided to the level they require.
To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation department.
To replenish and tidy trolley at the end of shift.
To ensure a high level of security at all times.
Ideal Candidate will have possess the following; Exceptional attention to detail Previous experience working within a hotel accommodation department Ambition to develop Standards driven Excellent customer service Ability to work under pressure Considering the nature of our industry, this role will involve mid-week shifts & weekend work.
