About the Role Join our client, a global leader in the digital advertising industry!
We're looking for a motivated Account Coordinator to support the Global Media Sales Team.
You'll be the go-to person for handling ticket requests, resolving escalations, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising optimizations and feature adoptions.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Account Team with Excel-based reporting, account analysis, and dashboard creation.Deliver client-facing reporting and insights.Coordinate with Ops teams for creative updates and changes.Track and complete tasks using a ticketing system.Analyze account health and provide optimization suggestions.Innovate tools and processes to enhance team efficiency.Stay updated on new product releases and reporting features.What We're Looking For: Required Skills: Eager to learn about the digital marketing ecosystem.Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Collaborative team player with a proactive, positive attitude.Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBi, Outlook, etc.
).Preferred Skills: Microsoft Advertising CertificationProficiency in Excel: VLookups, Pivot Tables, and data analysisBackground in Search/Programmatic/Display media or 1+ years in digital media sales/service.Why Join Us?
