Account Success Manager – Digital Print Open DOE + Company Car, Mobile, Health Insurance Dublin Do you have an excellent technical understanding of digital print production?
Due to growth, our client is seeking an experienced Account Success Manager to drive press performance in a specific customers production workflow.
You will be responsible for customer productivity while working closely with the different functions to drive faster and better print outcomes for the customer.
You will guide the customer as they ramp up the new press and develop its use.
It is imperative you have good technical understanding of digital print/production, a team player who can connect easily with customers.
This role will be mainly based in/around Dublin but may require travel throughout Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering/technical background, a detailed understanding of digital print production workflow and customer applications.
Your main responsibilities will be to: Take ownership of customer success and satisfaction for the managed accounts Work closely with customers to improve the utilisation of the digital print equipment Work with customers to assist in the selection of work and production best suited to the press with the objective to build the volume of pages Be the first point of contact for the customer: building up trust with the customer and providing transparency on project progress Matrix management of onsite field service engineers and remote cross-functional team, including Tech Support, R&D and Logistics.
Support with pre-sales activities such as demonstrations and sample handling For your application to be successful, you will need: Experience with end-to-end printing production environment, with an in-depth understanding of the production floor Detailed knowledge of customer applications Experience in project management Capability to work in a complex environment with multiple external and internal stakeholders (customer, service, business) Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Capability to build a long-term relationship with the customer Attributes: Availability to work flexible hours, with the ability to travel 60%-70% of the time to customers' sites (including overnight trips) Ability to work under remote supervision and perform well under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills, working with global customers and colleagues "Can do" approach using established technical policies and procedures to effectively handle customer issues Excellent self-learning capabilities - always looking to deepen knowledge of existing systems, technologies, and products Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic workplace Clear and effective English communication skills You must have the capability to work in a complex environment with multiple external and internal stakeholders (customer, service, business) as well as have great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with excellent project management experience.
