Duties: Management of the month end close process Preparation of the Monthly Reporting Pack, P&L, Balance Sheet reconciliations Weekly Stock Reconciliations – Weekly Accounts Weekly External Purchase reconciliations – Weekly Accounts Weekly Site Stock Gains/Losses Analysis & Reporting Maintenance of the Food Services Costing Models – Weekly Maintenance of the Food Services PLU file Maintenance of External Beef PO's on ERP system Support of Finance Functions within Site Budget process support Participation in Site Projects Requirements: Part Qualified/ Newly Qualified Accountant Working knowledge of monthly reconciliations and identifying opportunities for development within existing control procedures Computer literate with good excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles Key Competencies: Strong technical ability with financial analysis and reporting skills Competent in the use of MS Excel Ability to communicate well both verbally and written Excellent understanding of operational controls Problem solving skills Effective time management, planning and organisational skills
