Details of the offer

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join this well-established company. The successful candidate will have previous bookkeeping experience and have worked with Sage software.
The role requires someone with a strong initiative who can work independently in a busy office whilst working as part of a team for some duties.
The tasks will include:
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Updating records and databasesTrack stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessaryAssist colleagues whenever necessaryKnowledge of Letman package would also benefit but not necessaryAdministrationSkills: Previous experience with Sage softwareProven experience as an accounts administrator or relevant roleOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent organisational skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesExcellent knowledge of MS OfficePlease note this is an in-office role Monday - Friday: 9-5
