Role is located in the South city centre and office based Mon-Fri.
Role Responsibilities: Posting of purchase invoices to Sage50 AccountsIssuing of sales invoicesProducing monthly payment list for approvalPosting all receipts and paymentsPerformance of monthly reconciliationsPreparation of accruals, prepayments and other routine journalsPrepare and submit weekly/monthly reportsAssist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closingsPrepare monthly cashflowsPrepare Intercompany reconciliations on a quarterly basisSupport and assist with the annual external auditGeneral finance and office supportCandidate Requirements: 2+ years of professional experience in similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.Fluency in English is essential.Strong team player mindset.Interested in this opportunity?
