Accounts Payable Administrator

Job Description Posting supplier invoices.
Posting bank payments and reconciliation of Bank accounts.
Month End Reconciliations including fixed assets, Prepayments, Accruals and Intercompany accounts.
Online Banking, including Electronic Funds Transfers etc.
Taxation – VAT, PAYE, RCT, WHT and dealing with Revenue Queries.
Monthly and Year End reconciliation.
VAT Returns and Reconciliation.
Infrastat, RTDs and VIES returns.
Assisting on year end audits.
  Qualifications Essential: 5+ years of experience in a busy office Proficient in using SAGE accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (excel) Good knowledge of Irish revenue workings (ROS).
Strong attention to detail.
Good time management, ability to work to tight deadlines.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
The ability to interact  as part of a team and use of own initiative.
Fluent in English oral and written is essential.
Desirable: Payroll experience Accounting Technician IATI Qualification.
