Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Sector: Pharmaceutical
Employment Type: Full time, 5 month initial contract

Company Overview: Join one of Ireland's leading Pharmaceutical companies on a 5 month contract. Our client is known for its dynamic work environment and commitment to excellence and is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to support their growing finance team.

Please note, you must hold a valid working visa. Applications without a valid visa will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the accounts payable ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.Allocate payments and reconcile supplier statements.Generate and analyse reports to support business needs.Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and efficient working environment.Assist with month-end closing processes and other ad hoc tasks as required.Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with daily use required.SAP experience is highly desirable.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.The Next Step for You: Should this position be of interest to you, please forward your CV to Kate Curran from Next Generation Recruitment or alternatively call on the main line at 016629120.
