Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is a leading construction company based in Dublin. Due to growth, they are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. The successful Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for performing all Accounts Payable activities and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve Accounts Payable queries.
Role: Processing volumes of supplier invoices for all business entitiesManagement of the Purchase LedgerSetting up supplier accountsDealing with supplier queriesInvestigating and resolving any invoice discrepanciesAssisting in processing payment runsProcessing EFT paymentsDealing with Sub Contractors RCTReview month end PL reports & resolve related queriesRequirements: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar roleExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeThe ability to work as part of a teamThe ability to meet deadlinesExcellent numeracy and computer skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSalary & Benefits: Competitive annual performance bonusOn-Site ParkingIf you are an Accounts Payable Specialist seeking an exciting career move, we encourage you to submit your CV or get in touch with Katie Garvey for a confidential discussion.
