Accountabilities Preparation of Customer reporting both Financial &
Operational. Invoice Audit and rate card review. Invoice submission and checking. Provide support and build strong relationships between finance
and operational departments to ensure accurate and timely billing of
invoicing. Monitor and management of Freight payment companies for invoice
submission and rate card alignment. Participating in weekly Finance/Operation calls. Dispute management , resolution and escalation. Review and monitoring of Customer COD applications, Existing
Credit limits, Credit Approvals, Credit Limit Overdraft, Non standard
payment terms Master data maintenance and set up for customer accounts. Support banking/cash function for Shared Service Centre in
Chennai. Identification & resolution of Payment and allocation issues. Month End processes and reporting. Support functions within the Finance Team when required. Ensure operational compliance
to all revenue and international trade legislative requirements, and all
requirements under Data Protection Legislation in addition to all DGF IE
policies and procedures (H&S, Quality, Environmental, HR, etc), and

service skills. Strong numerical, reporting, investigating
and organizational skills. Competent in dealing with Senior Management
and Operational departments. Flexibility. Co-operation & Collaboration vital Willingness to support other departments
within the Finance Team Expected Qualifications Business Degree/Accounting Qualification or
equivalent. Studying for an Accounting qualification an
