Accounts Administrator -Santry, Dublin 9 Europcar Ireland is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant Full-time (37.5hr) over 5days (Mon- Friday) on a permanent bases to join the Finance team.
The role will provide administrative support for the AR team.
The team deliver month end to a demanding deadline for several different entities in the Group.
There is a requirement to work from the office as the role involves scanning, copying, and management of inbound post.
This role reports to the Credit Control Manager, and is based in our Dublin headquarters, 35 Northwood Court, Northwood Business Park, Santry, Dublin 9, Ireland.

Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
Any ad hoc duties or reporting as required Skills Good knowledge of MS Office applications, proficient in excel.
Accounts system exposure is beneficial.
Large part of the role is Data Entry Good Problem solving skills Team player with good communication skills, you will be highly motivated and comfortable working in a demanding fast-paced environment with a natural ability to adapt to change.
You will be detail oriented, and a self-starter, and have a high level of numeracy.
Attention to detail is crucial.
You will have worked in a similar position for at least 1-2 years.
Knowledge of Car Hire or similar consumer rental business would be a distinct advantage.
