What you'll do Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for customer collections for the EMEA regionMonitor aged balances for assigned geographiesEngage with customers to collect overdue balancesWhere issues are identified that are impacting collections, work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely fashionManage refunds, account adjustments, and write offs in accordance with company policiesWhere necessary work to reconcile customer accountsMaintain detailed records of interactions with customers including follow up dates and next stepsMaintain acceptable performance against established department metrics on a consistent basisIdentify and work toward resolution of any larger scale issues which are negatively impacting customer experiencePerform other duties as assigned Job Designation Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring Basic Requirements:
Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to change prioritiesProven commercial collections experience including enterprise accountsPossess a collaborative work style, whilst being equally able to operate independentlyAbility to take direction and work as a team playerExperience working in fast-paced, high volume, high growth atmosphere with ability to work under pressureMust have a professional demeanour, commitment to outstanding customer service and effective communication stylePreferred Requirements:
Experience with Sales Force and YayPay a plusMust be PC proficient.
