Join our awesome team and help us build something extraordinary!The RoleYou will be responsible for:The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collection, and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
The role involves preparing and sending invoices, managing tax documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.The specialist also handles customer inquiries, supports annual audits, and suggests improvements to AR systems.
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the finance and accounting department.This role is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and eager to contribute to both the company's financial stability and its broader mission of sustainability and growth.Ideal ProfileBachelor's degree in accounting.Understanding of accrual accounting.Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office (including intermediate Excel skills).At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Experience in construction accounting (preferred).Work experience in companies with 60+ employees (preferred).Eagerness to learn, adapt, and seek improvement opportunities (preferred).What's on Offer?Opportunity to make a positive impactOpportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceFantastic work culture
