Your Role We are looking for a dynamic, well-organized, and empathetic individual to join our team as an Activities & Events Coordinator at our Dublin summer school.
Your role will involve planning and delivering a wide range of activities and events, fostering a vibrant and memorable experience for our international students.
Working closely with the Activities & Events Manager, you will exemplify professionalism and play a vital part in ensuring students have an unforgettable time in Ireland.
Positions are available from June/July through August 2025.
Responsibilities Ensure that the Activities department runs smoothly and effectively in all areas.Organize and implement social, cultural, and sporting activities program appropriate to students' needs.Produce weekly activities calendar and make this available to students.Promote school events and excursions and design advertising posters, leaflets, etc.Accompany activities & excursions as required, including regular evening & weekend work.Ensure the highest level of customer service.Take ownership of student evaluation scores for activities staff and excursions, and continually seek to improve them.Ensure all health and safety requirements for activities are met, overseeing risk assessments.Ensure cost consciousness at all times when managing pricing and profit.Liaise with local, national & international service providers to negotiate rates & deals for student excursions.Accompany under 18 students needing medical assistance to medical appointments.Assist in assigning staff shifts.Emergency Phone duty on rota.Requirements Highly motivated, energetic, positive.A flexible approach to work & hours of work undertaken is essential.Organized and thorough, creative and resourceful, flexible approach at all times.Customer service minded and quality oriented.Enjoys working under pressure & able to meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and people skills.All offers are subject to a clear enhanced Garda (or local) check and two references.Right to work in Ireland on commencement of employment.Why you will love working with EF Work in a truly international environment.Ambition is nurtured and fast-tracked career enhancement opportunities are provided.Staff are encouraged to innovate, take ownership of their ideas and bring them to fruition.Global career opportunities.Summer camp canteen.Subsidised accommodation provided if necessary.-----------------------------------------------
