Admin / Sales support The role will comprise of day to day administration to support managerial and sales personnel at our office located in Santry.
The position is full time on-site and to commence as soon as possible.
Salary and conditions are commensurate.
Role Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in sales / operations / admin Must have a high level of self organisation and be self motivated.
Ability to communicate with worldwide offices, a good understanding of the quotation processes Ability to negotiate with airlines and shipping lines, and trucking companies.
Good knowledge of current shipping line and all airline platforms and booking processes.
Knowledge of the CRM process in Wisetech/Cargowise, Thyme IT and MS Outlook is essential Good English language essential.
