Administrative Assistant - Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Property Management and Process Improvement team. This role will be responsible for managing essential property service accounts, providing client support, and ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and set up energy, gas, and waste accounts for properties. Record and submit readings for energy, gas, and waste services to providers. Provide client support, instructing them on property service bills. Address client questions and issues related to accounts, ensuring efficient and friendly service. Apply penalties for property negligence in alignment with established policies. Monitor, analyze, and report property data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Plan and manage property inspection routes, ensuring adherence to procedures. Support the Property Management team in general tasks, contributing to continuous process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Accounting, or related fields. Previous experience in administrative roles, ideally in account management or similar fields. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Knowledge of property management is an advantage.
