Position: Administrative Coordinator - Regulatory Body (Dublin 2) About the Role:Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing of applications within this department.
Collaborate with various teams, both internally and externally, and contribute to the smooth workflow from allocation to issue.
Key Responsibilities: Provide crucial support to case administrators and managers, ensuring effective administration.
Work closely with other teams to offer efficient administrative support.
Utilise technology and internal systems for the timely processing of applications.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies and European regulatory bodies.
Contribute to the Quality Management System and assist in developing and implementing licensing policies.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum one year of relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to engage with stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high work volumes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database administration.
Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment.
Remuneration:Salary:€29,810- €46,984per annum (incremental scale) First point if new to public sector.
Work Arrangements: Minimum two days per week at offices; remote work up to three days per week.
Fixed hours (Monday-Friday, minimum 35 hours) with eligibility for flexitime arrangements after six months.
2 year FTC, with the potential for permanency.
