Registration and Membership Services The RIAI is currently recruiting an Administrative Officer to support the Registrar in the efficient and effective running and maintenance of the Register of Architects and RIAI Membership Classes together with carrying out any duties required for the effective administration of the Admissions Department as assigned by the Registrar.
The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, with good written and verbal communications skills and have an eye for detail.
They should enjoy working collaboratively as part of an inclusive team and enjoy problem solving.
They should be proficient in MS Office products.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role in a membership organisation would be beneficial.
Tenure:Full Time Permanent Location: 8 Merrion Square Dublin 2 Remote working up to 2 days a week.

Experience of using membership databases, The Role Primary duties of the Administration Officer include: Maintaining the register of architects and activating new memberships.
Preparing and issuing annual renewal notices for registration and membership.
Processing payments for annual charges for registered architects and members.
Issue certificates confirming registered architects qualifications.
Answering member queries.
Maintaining statistics on registration and membership.
Assisting the registration team with the annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) audit.
Maintaining current and accurate online membership lists.
Assisting with covering reception duties as needed.
