We manufacture complex high-tech, high value capital equipment and support the development of cutting-edge medical devices in Airway Management and other life enhancing applications.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Manufacturing Site Director and the site leadership teams.
You will also oversee the administrative function across both plants.
Given the dynamic nature of the role, we will rely on the Administrative Supervisor to be flexible to support both sites while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

A Day in The Life Of: Manage the scheduling for Site Director, including agendas, mail and meetings.
Develop, coordinate, and monitor both leader and team Operating Mechanisms including but not limited to; Town Hall meetings Quarterly Business/Management Reviews Site Visits Coordinate predetermined meetings including agenda preparation, meeting facilitation and action tracking.
Support the leaders in developing effective updates and presentations to continuously improve communication and branding across the organization.
Provides project or program support as needed.
Support travel arrangements and expense management.
Support the team for documentation updates, project trackers and dashboards.
Prepare and organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
Manage the administrative team at both sites, providing direction, coaching and support as needed.
Key Skills & Experience Degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience/project coordinator.
Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g.
PowerPoint, Excel) and an aptitude for learning new applications and systems.
Flexible to travel between Medtronic sites in Galway and Athlone.
Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
Develop and tailor communications based on stakeholder needs.
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience leading and supporting projects.
Experience managing people is desirable.
Understands manufacturing operations environment.
