We are looking for a proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our manufacturing support services team. If you're detail-oriented, a great communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Financial Coordination: Oversee purchase orders, invoicing, and payroll amendments to ensure smooth financial processes.Communication & Meeting Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications; coordinate events, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage team scheduling.Office Operations: Manage office supplies, organise, and maintain records, run reports (and manipulate data as required using excel).Recruitment & Training Support: Coordinate recruitment tasks, from scheduling interviews to planning for induction and training.Metrics & Reporting: Track key people metrics whilst ensuring data accuracy and integrity and update internal databases and maintain records as appropriate. Experience / Knowledge A minimum of 3 years' experience in a very busy office administrative position.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Professional, friendly demeanour with a focus on customer service. embecta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
