We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our busy and vibrant HR team.

Responsibilities: As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our HR team's operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include: Administrative & Financial Coordination: Oversee purchase orders, invoicing, and payroll amendments to ensure smooth financial processes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align administrative support with business priorities.
Communication & Meeting Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications; coordinate events, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage team scheduling.
Office Operations: Manage office supplies, organise, and maintain records, run reports (and manipulate data as required using excel) Recruitment & Training Support: Coordinate recruitment tasks, from scheduling interviews to planning for induction and training.
Metrics & Reporting: Track key people metrics whilst ensuring data accuracy and integrity and update internal databases and maintain records as appropriate.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering clear communication across teams.
Engagement Activities: Play an active role in supporting employee engagement initiatives, helping to create a positive workplace culture.
Development Projects: Collaborate on special HR projects, gaining exposure to new areas of expertise and building your skillset.
Experience & Education A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a busy office support position.
Process Improvement: A demonstrated ability to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
Tech-Savvy Expertise: Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
Collaborative Approach: A focus on fostering positive employee relations and contributing to team success.
Proactive Mindset: A track record of streamlining administrative processes to enhance team efficiency.
