Our client is based in Tallaght Dublin 24 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their busy & dynamic team for a 6 month period initially.
They do expect that this will lead to a permanent role for a suitable candidate.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Proficient in MS office with strong literacy skills and the ability to create documents that capture and present key messages.
Good task and time management with the ability to co-ordinate the activities and priorities across the team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with external stakeholders over the phone & by email.
Good problem-solving skills taking ownership and driving issue to resolution.
Experience of working in a high paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to integrate quickly and operate effectively within a team.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE : Providing support for the team with admin tasks, programme management updates, communications with stakeholders, setting up meetings, agenda preparation, meeting content, meeting updates & minutes and other functional admin as required Drafting and reviewing significant communications (customer queries, messaging) with the relevant managers before dispatch.
Collaborate with the Management team to facilitate documentation, legislation and regulation review, submissions to government departments in this regard and statistical data management.
Liaison and providing support and information to our key stakeholders.
Perform tasks such as issuing standard letters, drafting email responses, responses to consumer queries and compilation of statistics and related documents.
