Enhanced Primary Care Administrator Role Title:Enhanced Primary Care Administrator Role Location:Carrickmines/Balally An exciting role has arisen within Vhi for the position of Administrator at VHI 360 Clinic Carrickmines and Balally supporting Enhanced Primary Care Services.
Vhi Health & Wellbeing has been established to develop medical, health and wellbeing services for Vhi customers.
Our Vhi 360 Health Centre, Carrickmines and Balally provides a range of health and wellbeing services to our corporate and private customers.

As our service is provided to our customers 365 days per year, flexibility to work across a 7 day rolling roster is a must.
Benefits: Vhi Health Insurance Pension Annual Bonus Income Protection Role Purpose Day-to-day running of the administration function with respect to Enhanced Primary Care activity (eg womens health clinic, positive mind clinic, health coaching clinics) Manage all communications in a respectful and courteous manner e.g face-to-face, phones, email, etc.
Ensuring all patient information is entered accurately and computerized patient files are updated and secured accordingly Facilitating appropriate tracking and monitoring of the service.
Communication with members of the clinical team.
Adhere to clinical governance processes and ensure SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) compliance.
