The role Locum Express are currently recruiting a Junior Administrator to join our Compliance team based in Little Island, Cork This is a permanent role with excellent benefits on offer.
Please note this is not a remote role Please note this role is based in Cork with a hybrid working model Candidates must have a permanent visa to live and work in Ireland Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining compliance/documents for all healthcare candidates.
The role will involve gaining, validating and reviewing candidates documentation.
Maintain database of candidates to make sure the candidates are compliant to a high standard and quickly, in order to supply the business accordingly.
To ensure that all services regulated by bodies such as the CQC, HSE, Health & Safety, GDPR are meeting appropriate standards and fully comply with relevant laws and guidelines Acting as first point of contact for maintenance compliance queries Assisting in preparing files for audit for the compliance team Provide best practice compliance support, guidance and expertise to all candidates to ensure a seamless process Ensure accuracy and currency of records, both paper and electronic systems and all databases General administration duties including email, filing and scanning Completing and verifying background checks e.g.
references, qualifications, criminal records etc.
Education & Experience Candidate should have at least 1 years Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) ECDL Licence or similar would be beneficial Good attention to detail and consistency in ensuring the quality of information captured.
