About the Role: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch Clerk/Administrator for a well-established company in the Killarney area.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the day-to-day operations at the Killarney location, with occasional coverage in the greater Southern area.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and the public in a professional, courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience.
Logistics Coordination: Schedule deliveries, optimise transport routes, and process orders efficiently to meet deadlines.
Issue Reporting: Proactively report complaints and safety concerns to the Location Manager to maintain high standards of service and safety.
Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks including payroll processing, purchasing, SOX compliance, daily cash reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
Policy Adherence: Ensure all work is conducted in line with company policies and procedures.
Additional Duties: Assist the Location Manager with other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the site.

Organised: Possesses strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
