We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to provide comprehensive support, including reception duties, mail handling, and assisting the Underwriting team with data entry, underwriting checks, and report preparation.
The ideal candidate will manage their workload to meet objectives, ensure data accuracy, build strong internal relationships, and operate within regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities Provision of general office administration support: Reception / phone coverage Incoming and outgoing post Provision of administration support to Underwriting team through accurate and timely: Logging new business enquiries Data entry Underwriting checks (e.g.
flood, credit) Workflow allocation Preparation of reporting templates and letters Other administration duties Plan, prioritise and manage own work to deliver agreed objectives Input data accurately and efficiently, recognising and rectifying where quality standards have been missed Identify issues and anomalies and escalate in line with company policy Build effective internal relationships to deliver exceptional customer service and support Ecclesiastical's right first time approach Act on audit results and agreed actions plans to improve own performance and enhance the effectiveness of the team Identify and recommend improvements to processes Understand and operate within regulatory framework and identify and escalate any risks to the business in line with company policy.
