Our client, a public sector organisation, is seeking an Administrator/Registration Officer to join their dynamic team.
This role involves managing and processing applications from both international and domestic candidates, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and contributing to the ongoing development of efficient registration processes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.

Role: Administrator/Registration Officer Location: South Dublin/Hybrid Salary:€34kpa Duration: 6 months full time (35hrs) Key Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process applications from international and domestic candidates, ensuring adherence to relevant policies.
Complete registration workflows, including assessment, verification, and processing of necessary checks.
Maintain accurate, reliable, and secure registration records, ensuring data integrity.
Identify and escalate any operational or quality issues to the appropriate managers.
Process applications in line with departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the online registration system.
Participate in registration projects, policy development, quality assurance processes, and other department initiatives.
Collaborate with a high-performing team, adapting to changing workflows and contributing to team success.
Take initiative and work independently while being a strong team player who contributes to a collaborative environment.
Essential Criteria: Relevant 3rd level qualification.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including advanced skills in MS Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, and intermediate skills in Excel.
Ability to critically analyse and assess information.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively and appropriately with various stakeholders.
Ability to take on responsibility, including delegating and monitoring workloads while using initiative and proposing new ideas.
