Administrator With Fluent French | Dublin 22

Our client is looking for a fluent French speaker to join their Admin/Order Management department.
THE ROLE As part of this role, you will be the primary contact for business to business (B2B) customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, as administrative tasks are crucial to this role. Customer service is also a significant part of your responsibility, as you will be assisting through calls and emails while processing orders and other everyday tasks. Training will be provided.
REQUIREMENTS You will need to be a Fluent French speaker who genuinely cares about people, possesses good communication skills, and has near fluency in English. Previous experience in an office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable but not mandatory. A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key.
FURTHER INFORMATION The contract will be with Cpl. Initially fixed term, but with a strong possibility of extension or turning into a permanent contract. You will work Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm). There is a hybrid model in place: 3 days per week from the office in Dublin 22, and 2 days from home.
