Job description Agile Coach/Scrum ManagerStart: December 2024Length: 12 MonthsLocation: 3weeks WFH, 1 Week onsite in DublinPay: €450 - €520 Per dayOne of our esteemed clients in looking for a skilled and hungry Agile Coach/Scrum Manager to join their strategic team.
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be working alongside multiple teams and divisions.
They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, brings new ideas and is a whiz on the analytics side.Responsibilities:Advise on performance against agile values, practices, metrics, and processes to accelerate value deliveryMaintain a backlog, help to remove impediments, and ensure effective agile eventsSupport the team by engaging with all team members and product area leadership to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day workCoordinating the efforts and releases of multiple systems teams with interdependencies to deliver a seamlessly integrated solution to customersQualifications:Introductory scrum master certification requiredSubstantial experience working with or in software development agile teams with good understanding of agile practices and tools (Jira, Kanban, Lean), technology, and value delivery for customersWorking closely with the Product Owner to plan and complete the highest priority work as per the product roadmap
