This role is ideal for a motivated professional seeking to make an impact in financial reporting, process improvement, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts, including debtors, creditors, and payroll.Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations accurately and on time.Support financial close activities for multiple entities, with variance analysis to budget and forecast.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of strategic plans.Develop dashboards, ad hoc reports, and cash flow forecasts with associated commentary.Coordinate year-end audit processes and liaise with auditors.Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to drive process improvements and optimize systems.Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong financial operations and reporting experience.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems.A proactive mindset, with a passion for innovation and process efficiency.Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with unrivaled career opportunities.
